1. consumer exchanges, refunds and returns policy
we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. in the unlikely event one of our products does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a replacement, refund or exchange. it is of the upmost importance to triplanet inc. to deal with your concerns quickly, efficiently and fairly and be completely transparent in everything we do. we will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair, ethical and compassionate manner. we undertake to exchange or reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. if you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage prior to returning the damaged goods.

if you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase we will happily provide a full refund or credit. the claim for a refund must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. to qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to us. the refund does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product. after 30 days, returns will be issued as an in-house credit that will be applied to your next purchase.
3. return damaged items
when your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. it is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at +971 56 694 2992 or myperfume@besopuro.com. please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.
*note to international customers: because duties and taxes are collected by the government in the country where the goods are received, we do not reimburse for these expenses. you will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
